I was in a plush international airport when I heard the announcement. All americans where to report to the nearest Chinese embassy to be inventoried. All citizens with Chinese
blood would be registered and endowed with their birthrights. I reported to the office with my friend Annarie, who is half chinese. I was very very astonished to find my name on
the list. My family had blood from the a family named something like ishiwara and from a family something like xung. The ishiwara family was a family of sorcerers and witches
who where rumored to have demon blood and the xung family was a bastard line from the emperor. My friend Annarie also had ishiwara blood. I asked my mother and she was
very apologetic. She said that it was a deep family secret that I was 5/9th Chinese. Even though i didn't look it at all. It was a secret because of the tainted blood. I was actually
excited because it meant there was an interesting family secret. But i was confused how 5/9th worked with ancestors.
I also noticed that my friend Tanya was listed under a Jack Zhu. There was also a note on her entry but i didn't get a chance to read it.
